November 1st, kicks off Operation Turkey. Many families in Prince William County need our help. We are collecting canned/boxed goods to donate to the families in need. Some of the needed items include: canned veggies, stuffing, gravy, rice, canned pumpkin, applesauce and canned fruit, pasta and sauces, jello, soups, peanut butter, jelly, and much more. Operation Turkey will take place from November 1st until November 17th. If you would prefer to donate a grocery gift card, those are also welcome! Writing a check is also an option (payable to NVFS Operation Turkey).
You can also link your VIC card from Harris Teeter to Mountain View while you're shopping and our school will also benefit from your generosity! Simply let the cashier know you'd like to link your card to Mountain View Elementary and you're done!
