The Counseling Department is pleased to work with all Mountain View Cougars and their families during the 2016-2017 school year. Ms. Cole will be available everyday and Mrs.Kiser will be working with Mountain View students one day a week on Wednesdays. Counselors can be reached during school hours by calling the main office or via email (Ms. Cole firstname.lastname@example.org and Mrs. Kiser(Stark) email@example.com).
Haymaker STEAM Fair
It was such a pleasure seeing so many families at the STEAM fair on Saturday January 28th, 2017. The 5th grade students did an amazing job learning about resumes and completing their own personal resume. Samples of the resumes were displayed in the STEAM Fair at Battlefield High School. As part of our career lessons, we were fortunate to have Mrs. Ingrid Allen, a 5th grade parent, present to all of 5th grade about how to make a proper first impression. Fifth grader, Madeleine Barnes and Mrs. Allen showed students a mock interview. Thank you to both Mrs. Allen and Madeleine for your presentation.
